The method for surgical treatment of the non-parasitic cyst of the spleen comprises the evacuation of cystic content with he puncture needle and the resection of cyst walls free of the parenchyma of the spleen. Upon resection, the wall of the cyst remaining on the surface of the parenchyma of the spleen is treated by argon plasma coagulator.
