<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a drive mechanism for an offset duplicator which shortens printing plate changing time at a comparatively small cost by improving a drive mechanism for an offset duplicator of a type equipped with at least one motor and a train of gearwheels to drive a plurality of drums synchronically during the printing, and each adjoining drum of the printing device having each different phase angle position, and also equipped with at least one transmitting means which can be switched to drive the drums during the operating process of unprinting cycle. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitting devices 65, 66, 67, 68; 82, 83; 122,123, have transmission ratios in accordance with the phase angle positions of a given time, and the drums 36, 37, 38, 39; 70, 71, 72 are adjustable to the same phase angle positions during the synchronous spinning conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
