<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask capable of keeping a sufficient breathing space in a middle part, while both the ends are perfectly fitted to a face in use. <P>SOLUTION: Stereoscopic pleating is performed to form at least two opposing folds in a mask body. A core material for a nose is fixed to the upper side and a core material for securing breathing is horizontally fixed to the center part. Thus, when the mask is used, the sufficient space is kept in the middle part, while both the ends are perfectly fitted to the face.
