<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip nozzle for a surgical washing handpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The tip nozzle 10 almost includes a main body 12 including a central hole 15 communicating with an arch-like washing port 14 through a fluid. The tip end part 16 of the main body 12 includes a circular elongate or spoon-shaped nose part 18. The shape of the nose part 18 helps the tip 10 to insert into a surgical wound. The nozzle 10 is formed from a forming plastic or a rubber to get the suitable configuration having the hole 15 whose size and shape are fitted on an open shaft of the handpiece. Additionally, it can be directly formed on the shaft depending on the usual metal processing technique. When the pressure fluid is shot from the nozzle 10, a pattern spread out in a fan-like form is formed.
