PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid additive composition causing no separation for a long term and having stability. SOLUTION: The fluid additive composition comprises a stabilizing-effective amount of at least one dispersant comprising greater than or equal to 50% of terminal vinylidene, wherein the at least one dispersant is a reaction product of at least one hydrocarbyl substituted acylating agent and at least one amine.
