PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly precise mirror ratio even if a resistor is connected between a common base line of transistors and a power source line. SOLUTION: This current mirror circuit 18 requires the resistor R5 for improving the amount of noise resistance and preventing the leak current of the transistors Q10 and Q11, and the collector current of a transistor Q12 dominantly flows through the resistor R5. The base current IB (Q12) of the transistor Q12 is compensated by the base current IB (Q14) of a transistor Q14. When the current flowing through the resistor R5 is equal to the current flowing through the transistors Q11 and Q13-Q15, the compensation current can compensate the difference approximately perfectly and the mirror ratio approaches to "1" further precisely.
