摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make detection timing highly precise in a form of reducing a time-serial dispersion in a noise, and of facilitating correction for a process dispersion, in a nuclear medical diagnostic device using a semiconductor detector. SOLUTION: This radiation detection circuit is provided with the semiconductor detector, a charge accumulating means coupled to the semiconductor detector, a circuit for timing-discriminating a signal generated from the charge accumulating means at a prescribed threshold value, a waveform shaping circuit 1 with a band limited at the first time constant from the charge accumulating means, a waveform shaping circuit 2 with a band limited at the second time constant from the charge accumulating means, a circuit 1 for holding an analog peak value 1 of the waveform shaping circuit 1, a circuit 2 for holding an analog peak value 2 of the waveform shaping circuit 2, and signal processing for generating a timing correction data based on the analog peak value 1 and the analog peak value 2, and for correcting timing information of the circuit for the timing-discrimination.
