PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine mounting accuracy of a flange member with a shaft more appropriately and accurately while making operation simpler in determining mounting accuracy. SOLUTION: As to the device for determining mounting accuracy, the device 20 is constituted by: a rotary drive part 30 for reciprocating an arm part 32 that makes contact at an angleαwith the shaft 14 of a plunger 10 supported by a V-block 22 and a positioning part 24; a detection part 40 for detecting the mounting accuracy (verticality degree) of a flange part 12 as it rotates; and a reception part 50 for receiving the plunger 10 paid out after detection. The plunger 10 is perfectly positioned by using a force acting on the shaft 14 in the direction of the positioning part 24 owing to the motion of the arm part 32 in one direction to determine its mounting accuracy while the plunger 10 is paid out by using a force acting on the shaft 14 in the direction of the reception part 50 owing to the motion of the arm part 32 in the other direction.
