PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which is excellent in productivity in that sealing work for integrating its header part with its heat source part can be omitted; is excellent in installability in that a long, continuous hot water pipe or the like is usable as the heat source part eliminating the need to connect the heat source part each time by welding, jointing or the like; is capable of reducing the load of a fluid circulating apparatus such as a hot water circulating apparatus since pressure losses can be reduced thanks to small resistance to fluid flow in piping due to a small number of joints; and is excellent in maintainability in that, because the header part is not integrated with the heat source part, in the event of rusting or clogging of the heat source part due to secular changes, failures or the like, only the heat source part can be replaced without the entire heat exchanger being replaced, enabling man hours associated with the replacement to be significantly reduced. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 includes a header part 2 and a heat pipe part 5 in communication with the header part 2 at an end.
