PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two liquids-mixing type resin composition having a simple composition, produced at a low cost, and usable for prevention of the penetration of rain water to a crack part of concrete, asphalt of a road, etc., clearance or the like of a joint, and weeding or the like. SOLUTION: The two liquids-mixing type resin composition consists of the following two liquids (1) and (2): (1) an emulsion mixture obtained by compounding an inorganic material with a copolymer resin emulsion containing one kind selected from a vinyl acetate-based resin exemplified by an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), a modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (a hydrolyzed product of the EVA) and an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer as an essential constituent component; and (2) a hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer. The resin composition is characterized by the structure of being coated by mixing the two liquids, and casting or coating the mixed product to the crack part of the concrete or the asphalt, and being hardened.
