PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable surface protective film smoothly peeling the surface protective film from an article of a large area because of small high-speed peel strength based on the unit peel width without leaving residual materials of a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the surface of an article which is an adherend or staining the surface after peeling and extremely slightly generating electrification during peeling without causing unnecessary peeling from an article of a small area because of a prescribed value or above of low-speed peel strength based on the unit peel width and to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive solution composition useful for producing the surface protective film. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive solution composition is characterized as comprising the following: an acrylic copolymer having -80 to -35°C glass transition point (Tg), an ionic liquid in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the acrylic copolymer, a surfactant in an amount of 0.01-10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the acrylic copolymer and a solvent in an amount of 40-600 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the acrylic copolymer.
