PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment agent composition of hair coloring, preventing hair damage accompanied with hair-dyeing treatment without worsening the touch feeling of the hair, thereby preventing flowing out of a dye and improving preservability of the color. SOLUTION: The pretreatment agent composition of the hair coloring contains (A) L-theanine and (B) a water-soluble polymer.
