PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-lock brake system controller capable of controlling braking stably even under four-wheel independent control. SOLUTION: This anti-lock brake system controller is provided with a means for detecting rotational speed of each wheel 13FL, 13FR, 13RL, 13RL, a means 441 for computing vehicle speed based on the detected the rotational speed of each wheel, a means 444 for calculating a slip rate based on the calculated vehicle speed, rotational speed, and radius of the wheel, and a means 45 for controlling braking by an anti-lock brake system based on the computed vehicle speed. The braking controlling means 45 is provided with an adjustment order generating part 455 for adjusting wheels on the left and right sides in the interlocking relationship when the calculated slip rates on the left and right sides exceed a predetermined scope of threshold value and braking control order outputting parts 451 to 454 for outputting braking control order of each wheel based on adjustment order generated in the adjustment order generating part 455.
