PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cream puff cake having a unique outward appearance and shape not existing in the past, by an easy method. SOLUTION: This method comprises discharging linear cream puff dough from a discharge outlet of a specified condition and molding the discharged linear dough into a massive shape, so that a linear pattern not existing in the past is formed on a surface of the cream puff dough by the easy method.
