POWDER-CONTAINING TRANSPARENT SOLID COSMETIC PREPARATION

A novel powder-containing solid cosmetic preparation characterized by comprising as essential ingredients (A) 25-55 mass% elastic-powder mixture, (B) 20-40 mass% powder composed of nonelastic spherical silicone resin particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-50 µm, and (C) 25-55 mass% oil ingredient, the elastic-powder mixture (A) comprising one or more elastic powders (A1) and one or more composite powders (A2) each obtained by coating an elastic powder with a nonelastic substance. The powder-containing solid cosmetic preparation is obtained by solidifying a mixture composition comprising these essential ingredients. The cosmetic preparation appears transparent and has excellent applicability. It gives a nontacky feeling when applied and gives excellent use feelings including a dry feeling and fresh feeling.
