<p>A titanium alloy composition and a heat treatment method of the same are disclosed. A certain amount of substitution element is added into titanium, and a certain amount of an interstitial element carbon is added into a carbide formation element by over 0.1 ~2% for thereby fabricating a cast product. A wrought structure of grain boundary formed through a hot working, which is performed for preparing the cast product in an ingot structure, is performed through a solution heat treatment, and a carbide formation element is penetrated into a titanium matrix at a re-penetration temperature for thereby preparing an equiaxed grain boundary and enhancing tensional strength.</p> |
