The invention relates to a water outlet assembly (1) which is connected with an attachment flange (10) to two different water-cooling circuits of an internal combustion engine cylinder head. The invention comprises a thermostatic valve (6) which can prevent or enable the passage of water through the assembly (1). The invention is characterised in that it comprises means (25) for restricting the connection section between the assembly (1) and the cooling circuits of the cylinder head.
