[PROBLEMS] To elevate the accuracy in evaluating cancer and distinguish a patient suffering from cancer at the early stage from a healthy subject by combining multiple tumor markers and applying the quantified data to numerical formulae. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] By detecting and quantifying individual tumor markers from collected blood or urine, the presence and appearance order of a cancer proliferation marker appearing first in the blood at the onset of cancer, a tumor-associated marker appearing next and a tumor-specific marker appearing finally are screened. By screening individual tumor markers, tumor growth levels are classified into the tumor growth stages in several grades. Then, the tumor growth stages thus classified are processed with the use of the cutoff values designed at individual stages depending on the growth degrees of the tumor growth marker, the tumor-associated marker and the tumor specific marker and score lists, thereby finding out cancer occurring in a seemingly healthy subject and evaluating the cancer risk thereof.
|
