The utility model relates to the shipbuilding. A floating crane with a pontoon type housing, two load-lifting devices with cargo booms, which are inclined, and a diesel-generator installation. For providing the possibility of passage through the sluices of channels the housing of floating crane consists of three pontoons, the width of each of the pontoons not exceeding the width of sluices, and mentioned pontoons are equipped with detachable hitch mechanisms. The housing of floating crane is made with formation of a closing gap due to the embodiment of middle pontoon of smaller length than lateral pontoons, and load-lifting devices are placed on the lateral pontoons.
