摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-capacity and highly safe lithium ion capacitor having energy density and output density. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion capacitor is provided with a positive electrode consisting of a substance capable of reversibly carrying lithium ions and/or anions, a negative electrode consisting of a substance capable of reversibly carrying lithium ions, and an aprotic organic solvent electrolytic solution of a lithium salt as an electrolyte. In the wound type lithium ion capacitor, the positive and negative electrodes each have an electric collector having holes piercing front and rear surfaces and are wound via a separator to form a wound body, lithium ion supply sources are each arranged on the external periphery and center portion of the wound body, lithium ions are doped into the negative and/or positive electrodes by electrical chemical contact of negative and/or positive electrodes with a lithium ion supply source, and potential of the positive pole after short-circuiting the positive and negative electrodes becomes 2.0 V or low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
