PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group registration device, a group registration method, a group registration cancel device, and a group registration cancel method for simplifying registration processing while maintaining secure registration processing for easily performing group registration or canceling group registration. SOLUTION: This group registration device 10 is provided with: a registration request detection part; a session ID generation part generating a session ID; a registration request message transmission part; a registration answer message receipt part; a verification part 231 verifying a one-time character of a message; and a storage part 241 storing an ID list included in the registration answer message in association with a group ID in a storage area. Inside the same registration session, the registration request message is transmitted once while the registration answer message is received once, and only transmission of the registration request message and receipt of the registration answer message is allowed.
