<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk-added drink including milk fat that is preserved at the normal temperature or at warm temperature, as the occurrence of white suspended matter originating from milk fat is suppressed and the milk fat is stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: To a milk-added drink that includes more than 0.2 wt.% of milk fat based on the total drink, 0.01 to 1 wt.% of medium chain triglyceride is added based on the total drink. In addition, an emulsifier is added in an amount of 0.03 to 0.5 wt.% based on the total drink. In a preferred embodiment, sucrose fatty acid ester and/or glycerol fatty acid ester can be used as an emulsifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
