PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, wherein, in a conventional refuse carbonizing furnace, a device for producing saturated steam and superheated steam and a furnace have independent structures, which results in causing both a large scale device and high equipment cost. SOLUTION: The compact carbonizing furnace has a structure wherein a device for producing saturated steam and superheated steam and a furnace are integrated. The compact carbonizing furnace is equipped with a flame cylinder standing in lengthwise direction penetrating the ceiling of the furnace. Inside of the flame cylinder, a boiler tube, which produces saturated steam and superheated steam, is arranged and the bottom of the flame cylinder is connected to a jet port of the burner flame. A boiler pipe for a superheated steam is placed at the bottom and a boiler pipe for the saturated steam is placed at the top. The specific structure is selected in order to have a generated superheated steam blown into the furnace. A burnt gas generated by thermal decomposition in the furnace is sucked from a sucking hole which is formed at a lower part of the furnace. The gas is then mixed with air to burn and used as a fuel to heat the boiler for saturated steam. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
