PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition containing a sparingly water-soluble piperidine derivative or its salt having excellent elutability and absorption. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by treating a composition comprising a silica porous body and 4-[N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-N-[[5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)pyridin-3-yl]methyl]amino]-1-[[2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)pyridin-4-yl]methyl]piperidine or its salt with supercritical fluid or subcritical fluid of carbon dioxide.
