<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support cycle construction of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, and Action) from discovery to improvement of a problem of medical security. <P>SOLUTION: Information regarding the medical security is managed and operated between the personal computer 1 of a manager (medical security office) of a medical institution which has the support function and the training function of management of input data and is a server connected via a computer network and personal computers 2 for the staff being clients. The support function of management of the input data is the one for supporting and managing the input of an incident generated in the medical institution, the training function supports training of the staff, makes the manager raise the level of consciousness of the staff regarding medical treatment and the level of knowledge through training results, reflect the raised levels on incident management of the medical institutions and contribute to reduction of accidents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
