<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensing margin variable circuit which can control a sensing margin using a fuse or an external pin. <P>SOLUTION: The sensing margin variable circuit is provided with a dummy column part, a control part, a sensing amplifier part, and a sensing margin control part. The dummy column part responds to a data-enable signal enabled at the time of reading data and a data control signal, and controls a sensing margin until sensing a bit pair output from a bit cell array. The control part responds to a ready signal and outputs a sensing-enable signal. The sensing amplifier part responds to the sensing-enable signal and senses the bit pair output from the bit cell array. The sensing margin control part controls the sensing margin until the bit pair is output and sensed, by adjusting a skew of the ready signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
