PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily respond to the change of work width without deteriorating the level of cleanliness. SOLUTION: A conveying device is equipped with a roller 61 holding a belt-like work 80 in the width direction. The conveying device has a pair of holding bodies 65 divided in the width direction and holding the work 80 respectively. The pair of holding bodies 65 have a plurality of separable and integratable divided bodies 65A, an energizing member 71 energizing the plurality of divided bodies 65A to the integrating direction, and a positioning part positioning the holding bodies 65 to the width direction when the plurality of divided bodies 65A are integrated.
