PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability and safety of a supporting structure of a saddle for a bicycle having a pedestal 10 provided on a seat post 1, a saddle clamp 4 to hold a saddle rail 5 mounted on a saddle 8 for the bicycle and installed on the pedestal 10 free to adjust an inclination against the pedestal and a fastening bolt 40 to fix the saddle clamp 4 on the pedestal 10. SOLUTION: The saddle clamp 4 is constituted of a lower clamp 3 having a curved part 31 to fit on a cylindrical surface-like head part 11 of the pedestal 10 free to revolve in the longitudinal direction and an upper clamp 2 overlapped on the lower clamp 3 to vertically clamp the saddle rail 5, bolt insertion holes 22, 23 to insert the fastening bolt 40 into them free to oscillate in the longitudinal direction are formed on the upper clamp 2 and a revolution restriction means 6 to restrict revolution of the lower clamp 3 in the longitudinal direction within a specified range is provided between the pedestal 1 and the lower clamp 3.
