PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the amount of transmittable information from being limited by a size, and to transmit the information even by a nonvisual means. SOLUTION: Paper sheets 1 and 2 are brought into continuous contact with each other via a folding part 5; the paper sheets 3 and 4 are brought into continuous contact with each other via folding parts 6 and 7 on the other side of the folding part 5 of the sheets 1 and 2; and the sheets 1-4 are folded via the folding parts 5-7. The sheets 1 and 2 are folded with a space, and the sheets 3 and 4, which overlap each other, serve as grounding parts when placed on a desk etc. The sheet 1 is constituted like a sheet on a surface serving as an inside in a folded state, that is, the side of a space formed between the sheets 1 and 2, and a voice information transmission part 100 capable of recording and outputting voice information is attached to the sheet 1.
