PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm controller which improves workability by setting control point data directly from three-dimensional position data measured by a three-dimensional laser measuring instrument. SOLUTION: The arm controller is provided with a control means for calculating a target angle of a joint of at least an arm to calculate the target angle by the control means in accordance with a position of a control point and attitude of the arm, and the position of the control point of the arm is obtained by a three-dimensional position measuring means.
