PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image heating device capable of improving performance of separation from a recording material and also improving image quality. SOLUTION: Support members 21 and 22 which come into contact with an inner peripheral surface of a flexible member 23 to restrict a movement track of the flexible member, have a support part R1 maximizing curvature in the movement track of the flexible member and another support part R2 minimizing the curvature respectively. The former support part is arranged at a downstream side from a nip part N in the moving direction of the flexible member and the latter support part is arranged at an upstream side from the nip part in the moving direction of the flexible member.
