PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in installing an oil tank and an oil pump wherein system efficiency is deteriorated due to enlargement of a device and consumption of pump power, and a problem wherein, when the supply amount of oil is too small, the problems occur, but when the supply amount is too much, motor malfunction occurs. SOLUTION: In the control method for the refrigerating cycle device, a first oil return circuit 106 is provided for connecting a compressor 101 and an expander 103 via a three way valve 105, and a second oil return circuit 108 is provided for connecting the three way valve 105 and an outlet of an evaporator 104, and by changing the three way valve 105 in response to an oil amount accumulated in the expander 103, a certain amount of oil can be positively secured in the expander 103.
