PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor which can separate oil while reducing the pressure loss without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: An oil separation mechanism G comprising a first passage 51 and a second passage 52 extending in the axial direction individually and not overlapping with each other viewed from the axial direction, and a third passage 53 extending in the direction rectangular to the first passage 51 and the second passage 52, and connecting the first passage 51 and the second passage 52 is provided in a stator 21. Thereby, the mixture of lubricating oil and refrigerant gas collides against the inner surface of the third passage 53 after passing through the first passage 51. Then, the lubricating oil is liquified and returned to the first passage 51, while the refrigerant gas passes through the second passage 52 after passing through the third passage 53.
