PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor and an air conditioner, capable of preventing an increase in manufacturing cost, while improving capacity by a gas injection cycle. SOLUTION: This scroll compressor forms a plurality of compression spaces for compressing a refrigerant by mutually meshing a fixed scroll 23 and a turning scroll 25 of erecting spiral wall bodies 23b and 25b on one side surface of respective end plates 23a and 25a; and is characterized in that a step part 42 is arranged on one side surface of the end plate 23a of the fixed scroll 23; a stepped part 45 corresponding to the step part 42 of the end plate 23a is arranged on the upper edge of the wall body 25b of the turning scroll 25; a supply part 17p is arranged for supplying the refrigerant supplied from an external part to the plurality of compression spaces of compressing the refrigerant; and the refrigerant is supplied from the supply part 17p to a space including the step part 42 and the stepped part 45 of separating at least the plurality of compression spaces.
