A lower bracket bearing (8) with horizontal cover (9) and a torque tube (10) attached at the right angle in the saddle tube is retractable by the lower tube. The torque tube and the saddle tube posses a round cross sectional plug-in area. Bicycle with a framework has upper tube dividing into two saddling stays (5), which has a back wheel attached at the stop end (6) of the upper tube.
