DATA TRANSMITTING SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION NODE AND DATA TRANSMITTING METHOD

A data transmitting system wherein a plurality of base stations transmit, in synchronism with each other, MBMS data to mobile stations without using any central control node having control over the plurality of base stations. The data transmitting system comprises a communication node that manages user common data; one or more radio base stations that are connected to the communication node; and one or more mobile stations. In this system, each of the one or more base stations is synchronized with an absolute time commonly used by the base stations. The communication node has a means that receives from a provider the user common data to be used by one or more users; and a means that communicates with the one or more base stations to decide a transmission timing at which the one or more base stations transmit the user common data to the mobile stations.
