METHOD TO PREPARE NUCLEATED CELLS OF CORD BLOOD FOR CRYPRESERVATION

A method to prepare nucleated cells of umbilical blood to cryopreservation is carried out by means of fractionating the umbilical blood and concentration of cells. The fractionating of the umbilical blood and concentrating the nucleated cells is carried out simultaneously with hypothermic adaptation thereof to freezing conditions under the protection of the cryoprotector dimethylsulphoxide in concentration of 5%, in doing so a solution of Gekodez is used.
