The technique for supraaponeurotic hernioplasty using the mesh graft provides for fixation of the allograft over the aponeurosis. Intraoperatively, the muscular-aponeurotic layer in the projection of the mesh graft is sewed with several U-shaped sutures with the ends of the sutures are extended through all layers of the anterior abdominal wall and tied up on the skin.
