A method for determination of higher plant nonresponsiveness to technogenic chemical pollution includes reproductive collection in the environment-friendly and technogenic areas, reproductive fixation in alcohol acetate, its flushing out with various alcohol concentrations, preserving in ethyl alcohol in a refrigerator, making temporary squash preparations, quantative estimation of fertile and germ-free pollen-grains. The received data for comparison should be led to intensive indices, a sensibility factor under spontaneous and inductive sterility is determined; data obtained by an experiment should be inserted in the table. The minimum and maximum value of this index at marked species of plants in the specific index column (spontaneous fertility and sterility, inductive fertility and sterility, spontaneous and induced sensibility factors of reproductive organs) is determined. .
