A method for purification of soak well water in shaft from the iron saluted in it and pollution agents includes aeration. In the water column which fills a shaft there is pumped an ozonized air, which oxygenizes ferrous iron to ferric one, removing the iron and pollution agents to precipitate onto the shaft bottom.
