<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device and a display control method therefor, carrying out display control capable of efficiently performing retrievals of two or more images recorded on a recording medium, and to provide a digital camera provided with this device. <P>SOLUTION: The display control device 10b which selects two or more images on the basis of frame numbers from images recorded in the recording medium 18 and makes a display part 17a display an index image consisting of the two or more selected images, makes the display part display the two or more images constituting the index image, of which the frame numbers are separated from each other at predetermined spaces, in respective divided display areas, and when there is an instruction to change over the index image, the display control device changes over the the index image to display a new index image consisting of images of which the frame numbers precede or follow the images being displayed in the respective display areas of the display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
