<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system, a water spouting apparatus and a chamber using the apparatus, which are used for preventing the propagation of bacteria effectively. <P>SOLUTION: Warm water from a hot water supply apparatus 4 is supplied to a solenoid valve unit 2A through a water pipeline 2a. A silver ion unit for eluting a silver ion having antibacterial action on warm water is arranged in the solenoid valve unit 2A. The silver ion-eluted warm water is supplied from the solenoid valve unit 2A to a nozzle unit 2C through a nozzle pipeline 2b. The silver ion-eluted warm water is spouted from a nozzle as a mist. Thus, the wall surface or floor surface of a bathroom 101 is made antibacterial by spouting the silver ion-eluted warm water. Before or after the mist is spouted from the nozzle unit 2C, high-concentration silver ion-containing warm water or water is made to flow into a drain pipeline 2c from the solenoid valve unit 2A.
