<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual liquid crystal display device capable of displaying video in both directions of the front section and rear section of a liquid crystal panel while utilizing a single liquid crystal panel. <P>SOLUTION: The dual liquid crystal display device utilizing a dual front light unit includes: a liquid crystal panel having a liquid crystal layer formed between a first substrate and a second substrate; a first polarizing plate and a second polarizing plate which are respectively bonded to both surfaces of the liquid crystal panel; a first front light unit which is bonded to the front section of the liquid crystal panel; and a second front light unit which is bonded to the rear section of the liquid crystal panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
