<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent exhaust gas from circulating in a sensor element part during operation of an exhaust brake in relation to an exhaust brake having an exhaust gas shutter arranged on an upstream side of an oxygen sensor arranged in an exhaust gas passage of an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: In the exhaust brake having the exhaust gas shutter arranged on the upstream side of the oxygen sensor arranged in the exhaust gas passage of the internal combustion engine, the sensor element part is arranged in a cylindrical member extended along the exhaust gas passage and a shut off shutter shutting off an opening part is arranged on the opening part on an exhaust gas flow-in side of the cylindrical member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
