PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector which can be surely fixed to a flexible conductor, and can be connected to each of circuit faces provided on the both sides of the flexible conductor. SOLUTION: This coaxial connector has a first housing disposed on one face of a flexible conductor, having circuit faces on its front and back sides and a second housing disposed on the other face. The first housing coaxially has a center conductor and an outside conductor having an annular part surrounding the center conductor with the outside conductor insulated from the center conductor. The outside conductor is disposed on the one face and is electrically connected to the one face, and the center conductor passes through the flexible conductor and is electrically connected to the other face with the center conductor insulated from the one face.
