摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a driving circuit element having a simple alignment inspecting function capable of simply judging whether the alignment condition of the driving circuit element directly mounted on a circuit substrate is good or not. SOLUTION: Alignment bumps, connected respectively by wires so as to be capable of outputting an alignment signal are arranged at four corners of bottom surface of a substantially slender rectangular parallelepiped driver chip, while the circuit substrate with the driver chip mounted thereon is provided with alignment signal outputting wirings 6 arranged respectively so as to be corresponding to these alignment bumps. The respective alignment signal outputting wirings 6 are provided at one end thereof with a frame type pad 61 for detecting conductive contact, which is formed so as to have a square frame type for securing equally a gap of a predetermined amount around the periphery of the alignment bump at a position corresponding to the alignment bump while a plane pad 62 for outputting the alignment signal is formed at the other end of the wirings 6.
