PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating speed-increasing gear capable of efficiently increasing rotational speed of a rotator rotated drivably by a rotating drive source, further stabilizing rotating positions of the rotator rotating at high speed by attracting force of heteropolar magnet. SOLUTION: The rotating gear is provided with a connecting member 5 and a constraining member 12 rotating by a motor 8, heteropolar magnets 10, 11, and heteropolar magnets 13, 14 between the both ends of a rotator 4. Further, a stationary repulsive magnet 15 is provided at a predetermined pitch in axial direction of a stationary portion 3 on inner periphery opposing to outer periphery of rotator 4 of the stationary portion 3. A rotational repulsive magnet 16 is configured with a homopolar magnet at a predetermined pitch in axial direction of the rotator 4 on an outer periphery opposing to an inner periphery of the stationary portion 3 of the rotator 4. The gear is formed with greater rotating speed-increasing force by a repulsive force generated from the time when the stationary repulsive magnet 15 and the rotational repulsive magnet 16 face each other till the time when they depart from each other, than a rotating suppressing force by a repulsive force generated from the time the stationary repulsive magnet 15 and the rotational repulsive magnet 16 approach, to the time they face each other.
