PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer invitation system in which efficient affiliation can be performed by realizing an affiliate program using a telephone call profitable for both an enterpriser and a user. SOLUTION: In the customer invitation system, a user brows, through a mobile phone terminal, a web site publishing the telephone numbers of taxi companies registered as members of an affiliate program and/or information corresponding to the telephone numbers and in response to calling a taxi company desired to dispatch a taxi through the web site, a telephone line is connected via a telephone exchange between a telephone set to which a call can be terminated, owned by the corresponding taxi company and the relevant mobile phone terminal. Each time a telephone call is incoming, a system manager uses the telephone exchange to collect information relating to the communication, using the telephone call, between the user and the taxi company as information used for calculating connection rewards to be paid from the taxi company to a web site manager and/or the relevant system manager.
