PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of obtaining information on printing from a patch sheet correctly by simple processing, a printer, an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, a control program and a recording medium with the program recorded thereon. SOLUTION: A patch sheet for correcting the output characteristics of a printer comprises: a color correction part CD wherein a correcting patch is arranged; and a printing information management part PD wherein a management patch is arranged. Since a management patch is set to a color and a position which have a predetermined correspondence with printing management information on printing, the printing management information can be obtained from the printing management information part PD of the patch sheet.
