摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dynamic range of a radiation imaging device from being reduced or to prevent sensitivity characteristics from getting worse when pixel addition is performed to add and read pixel outputs for the purpose of obtaining sensitivity required for motion picture photographing. SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device comprises: a two-dimensional sensor 103 wherein pixels are disposed in a two-dimensional manner, each pixel including a conversion element for converting X-rays from an object 121 into an electric signal and a transfer part for transferring the electric signal to the outside; a read circuit 104 for amplifying and reading electric signals transferred from the transfer parts; a vertical driving circuit 105 for supplying a voltage to a transfer part to transfer an electric signal when reading the relevant electric signal by the read circuit 104, and for driving the relevant transfer part; and a control section 108 for varying the voltage to be supplied from the vertical driving circuit 105 to the transfer part in accordance with the number of pixels to simultaneously read electric signals in the read circuit 104.
